UPDATE - We have attended the NCAA clinics in Atlanta, Salt Lake City & Philadelphia.  These shirts have been a HUGE hit with the gals (and a couple of guys!).  The tapered body and shorter sleeves are the rage of the clinics!  Unfortunately, we just ran out of smalls.  Sorry :-(

Features - tapered body and shorter sleeves versus the mens sleeves.  Longer length to keep it tucked in.  This will eliminate the expensive alterations that you used to have to make.
