Association Discount Program

Thanks for thinking of The Official Call for all of your referee & umpire uniforms, equipment and accessories.  Now your association and/or rookie class can get a great discount on all of your officials supplies with our Association Discount Program.  You can make this one order, 2 orders or even 10 or more individual orders and pay collectively or individually.  Here are the details:

1. All order sub-totals must be $500 or more (collectively before discount) to qualify.  $500 or more is using regular retail prices.
2. Discount is 15% off when regular order sub-total reaches $500.
3. Package deals, sales items or other specials are not included in Program. 
4. Free shipping is to one address for whole order.  Free shipping is for ground transportation only, and carrier of our choice.
5. Multiple individual credit cards and/or US Postal money orders welcome.  Multiple individual checks or other "off" brand money orders welcome, but will delay shipment 10 days until all checks have cleared.
6. Once order has shipped, there are no add-on orders unless the new sub-total is $500 regular retail.  Ex: order ships yesterday, then another official wants to add $50 to it today.  This does not qualify for the discount and/or free shipping.
7. Any returned item(s) will incur a 20% restocking fee at regular retail price - no exceptions.  Any returned item for exchange will incur normal shipping fees back to customer.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees back to The Official Call.
8. We are glad to offer individual invoices for each official.  You must provide break-down of each order for those that want invoices.  Have each official fill out their own form, with their own payment and send to us as a group order.  Please be sure to designate 1 address where to ship order.  Note - we will box and/or bag each order separately and label it in the shipping box.
9. You are welcome to cross shop and combine any items on this website, regardless of sport.
10. This program may be terminated at any time without any notice.

12. The person who receives the shipment (or handles all of the orders) and passes them out will receive a free short sleeve referee or umpire shirt (choose from: ST-SMV basketball shirt; ST-U Umpire shirt or ST-6 football shirt)
